Booking & Availability

How far in advance should I book my bridal hair and makeup?

We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 6-12 months before your wedding date, especially for popular dates during peak wedding season. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, so please contact us even if your wedding is closer - we may still have availability.

How do I secure my booking?

To secure your wedding date, we require a deposit. Once you request a quote, we'll provide you with all the booking details including deposit amount and payment terms. Your date will be held once the deposit is received.

Do you travel to the bride's location?

Yes, we offer full mobile bridal hair and makeup services. We come directly to your chosen location - whether that's your home, the wedding venue, or a hotel. This creates a calm, stress-free experience for you and your bridal party. Travel costs are calculated per quote based on distance.

What areas do you service?

We provide Australia-wide bridal hair and makeup services. While we're based in Victoria, we regularly travel for destination weddings across Australia. Travel costs are included in your customised quote.

What areas do you service?

I'm based in the Mornington Peninsula and provide full mobile bridal hair and makeup services throughout the area, including Rosebud, Mount Martha, Sorrento, Portsea, Rye, Dromana, and all surrounding areas. I also travel throughout Victoria and Australia-wide for destination weddings. I come directly to your home, wedding venue, or accommodation to create a calm, stress-free experience for you and your bridal party.

Pricing & Packages

How does pricing work for larger bridal parties?

We cater for all numbers, big or small. For bridal parties of 10 or more people, we offer customised packages. Contact us with your party size and requirements, and we'll provide an obligation-free customised quote tailored to your needs.

Is there a surcharge for early starts?

We understand that wedding days often start early. While our standard pricing covers most scenarios, very early starts (before 5am) may incur a small surcharge. This will be discussed and included in your customised quote when you enquire.

Do you offer packages for the full bridal party?

Yes, we create customised packages for your entire bridal party. Our pricing includes rates for the bride, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, flower girls, and additional guests. For parties of 10 or more, we offer special package rates - contact us for a customised quote.

What is the travel surcharge?

Travel within the Mornington Peninsula area (within 50km of my base) is included in your quote at no extra charge. For weddings outside the Mornington Peninsula area (over 50km from my base), there is a travel surcharge of $2 per kilometre for each kilometre over 50km. This ensures we can provide the same exceptional service regardless of location. Your customised quote will include all travel costs.

We work with you to achieve the look you envision while ensuring it complements your features and wedding style.

Do you cater to all skin tones and hair types?

Absolutely. With over 16 years of experience, we work with all skin tones and hair types. We bring a comprehensive range of professional products suitable for diverse skin tones and hair textures, ensuring every bride looks and feels beautiful on their special day.

What products do you use?

We use professional-grade, high-quality makeup and hair products from trusted brands. All products are chosen for their longevity, photographability, and suitability for bridal work. We ensure everything is hygienically applied and suitable for sensitive skin.

How long does hair and makeup take on the wedding day?

Timing depends on the size of your bridal party and the services booked. Generally, allow approximately 45-60 minutes per person for hair and makeup combined, or 30-45 minutes for individual services. We'll work with you to create a detailed timeline for your wedding morning to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Trials

Do you offer trials and how do they work?

Yes, we highly recommend booking a trial before your wedding day. Trials allow us to perfect your look, test products, and ensure you're completely happy with your hair and makeup. Trials can be booked for makeup only, hair only, or both services together. See our pricing page for trial rates. Trials are automatically included in all quotes.

When should I book my trial?

We recommend booking your trial 2-3 months before your wedding date. This gives you time to make any adjustments if needed, while still being close enough to your wedding that your skin tone and hair length will be similar. Trials can be booked at your home or a location convenient for you.

Wedding Day

Do you stay until the bride is dressed?

We typically stay until you're fully ready, including helping with any final touches and ensuring your veil or accessories are perfectly placed. We want to make sure you feel completely confident and beautiful before we leave. If you need us to stay longer for photos or specific timing, this can be arranged and discussed in advance.

Can you work alongside photographers and wedding planners?

Absolutely. We work seamlessly with photographers, wedding planners, and other vendors to ensure your wedding morning runs smoothly. We're experienced in coordinating timing and can adapt to your schedule. Communication is key, and we're happy to liaise with your other vendors if needed.

What happens if I need to change numbers in my bridal party?

We understand that bridal party numbers can change. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to adjust your numbers. We'll update your quote accordingly. Changes made close to the wedding date may affect pricing, so early communication is appreciated.
